Who is the best candidate for Stated Income / Stated Asset Financing
Borrowers who are looking for financing on an income producing or commercial property,
but who can’t qualify for traditional financing because they prefer not
to show verifiable income or assets., Such as:
- Applicants without sufficient credit history
- Borrowers who want to limit their investment to as little as 10% down payment.
(Commercial Financial Solutions allows CLTV’s up to 90%)
- Business owners who desire to take cash out of their property
- Entrepreneurs and self-employed people wanting to purchase a location for
their business
TERMS: Up to 20 Year Amortization RATES:
Fixed or Adjustable
For approved loan amounts, loan to value ratios and interest rates will vary
based on credit and property type. Our goal is to secure you the best LTV and
interest rate possible with limited documentation. An Appraisal is required after
pre- approval. Points are paid at closing. IF NOT APPROVED, NO Fee is
due.
